Unfortunately we have had a very aggressive customer today who has made all sorts of threats towards us because his MOT failed on a lightbulb which was going to be done ASAP then retested but he didnt undertsand and decided to attack the staff.
This will not be tolerated and anybody that feels the need to act this way will be barred.
We are getting very booked up at the moment especially in the workshop.
All retests need to be booked in as we are extremely busy thankyou for understanding.
Please remember you MOT is your responsibility and it can be £1000 fine if you are caught without one.
